New Life Church is seeking a part-time experienced individual to assist the Director of Kids Ministry (ages 6 months-6th grade). This role requires a highly organized individual with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, experience working with children and desire to work in a team setting. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, embody Christian values, and be committed to living out and supporting the mission, vision, and core beliefs of New Life Church. The Kids Ministry Assistant will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of age-appropriate ministry programs that teach children about worship, prayer, God’s Word, and fostering a lifelong relationship with the Lord. This position requires active involvement in the life of the church and agreement with its statement of faith and core values.

Position Overview:

New Life Church is seeking a part-time (20 hr per week) experienced Production Director to lead and oversee all technical aspects of our Sunday services and special events. This role requires a highly organized individual with a passion for excellence in worship production. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, embody Christian values, and be committed to living out and supporting the mission, vision, and core beliefs of New Life Church. This position requires active involvement in the life of the church and agreement with its statement of faith. The Production Director will work closely with the Creative Arts Director, Worship Pastor, and Tech Team to create engaging and impactful worship experiences.

The ideal candidate will exhibit the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in technical production within a church or event setting.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a heart for ministry.
• Proficiency in AVL systems, audio mixing, lighting, and livestream production.
• Ability to manage and maintain equipment and technology
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
